After studying art for two or more years, my father finally convienced me that having a love for art was not going to put money in my pocket. He advised me to change my major; and I did.

I changed my major to mechanical design techology. I studed at the University of Houston for approximedly three years. But, instead of graduating from University of Houston, recieved degrees from Mountain view College in Mechanical Design Techology and Computer Aided Techology.

In the corporate world, I gained experience as a Quality Engineer for Receiving Inspection and Quality Engineer for parts built "in-house". I worked for three major companies, which were, Texas instrument, Bell Helicopter, and Dallas County Community Colleges.

The three companys, where I performed my professional duties, provided me with the experience and knowledge base to work with companys that are focused on the Electronic Commerce (EC) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for their small to mid-size businesses.

I also worked as a technology consultant at Mountain View College. My field of specialization consist of Mechanical Design Technology and Computer Aided Design Technology. I obtained Electronic Commerce training at the Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC), sanctioned by the government which encourages the use of computers and the Internet.

In summary, it's a pleasure to finally merge my love for art with my technology experience. The use of the Internet for manufacturing companies presents a constant challenge for web masters to employ the principles of art along with technology in developing informative web sites with aesthetic appeal.
